The 3D Designer will work with MSPACO, Interior Design Department on MCC Singapore on design and design & build projects for across Singapore and Asia Pacific and support the growth of our interior design capability

The 3D Designer will be responsible for all conventional aspects of creative visualization, design concepts, technical design and a design & build of a project. Plans and conducts materials selection and documentation of standard design fit-out and procedures on a project.

As a member of the Design Team, you will work closely with our Design Lead to develop creative and meaningful design ideas associated with high-quality Sportswear, Activewear, and Performance wear. Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concept and design development;

• Shop drawing preparation (with drafter), coordination and obtain approval from client or local consultant

• Periodical site inspection (internal check for quality improvement)

• Verify site installation works are according to design intent

• Handover submission arrangement with drafter team and project team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in residential / A&A development projects.

• Familiarity with local regulations and experience in authority submissions.

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
