RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to senior architectural designer
• Collaboration in space planning assignments, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, design documentation and construction site supervision for design implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• Well versed in Adobe, AutoCAD and Sketchup.
• Experience in Healthcare, Laboratory, Nursing homes, Special needs facilities and workplace preferred but not necessary. However, willingness to learn is a must.
• Excel in 3D modelling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit skillset is strongly preferred. (Others include acad, Sketch-up, Enscape, adobe and Microsoft suites).
• Have a keen desire to produce good and aesthetic designs. A good eye for good aesthetics is a plus.
• Familiar with local codes and building practices is preferred, but not necessary.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery in accordance with Best Practice procedures

• Maintain rigorous quality control standards, reviewing and approving all design/creative work to ensure it meets client brand’s guidelines and project requirements

• Develop and maintain strong client engagements, including regular client meetings and updates on projects

• Logs all assigned tasks in the job tracking software

• Keep Account Manager appraised and updated on project status as needed

• Identify opportunities for improved efficiencies or additional services for the client

• Lead client and staff meetings as appropriate

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Art, Design, Advertising or related field preferred

Advanced experience with of Adobe CS and Adobe Acrobat in addition to a general understanding of hardware. Software focus may change depending on site/customer

Responsibilities

• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our 2 billion plus users
