Job Description:

• Knowledge in graphic design, creative web and social media content creation.
• Photography and video production & editing is a plus.
• Engage with colleagues / clients and execute projects relating to graphic / web design
• Understand clients’ needs, branding, conceptualise, design & execution of graphic design related to projects, with key emphasis on website, publication and marketing collaterals.
• Think creatively and developing concepts, graphics and layouts

• Create & determine the layout, font color, font type, logos, pictures and other visual and verbal aspects of a website

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year working experience in designing
• Creative, excellent design sense & concepts & is able to rationalize ideas
• Good visualisation and possess a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to express creative ideas is crucial.
• Good colours and fonts concept
• Good web/ Internet knowledge and be aware of internet trend
• Proficient in design software in Adobe Creative Suite such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Illustration/ Animation skills
• Proficient in editing video and motion graphics
• Experience with videography & photography and has good knowledge of photo retouching, post production, file handling and photo editing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and members of the production team
• Preferably a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Art / Design / Visual Communications / Graphic Design or equivalent

1. Responsible for the project design of the department;

2. Work with the material engineer to determine the matching of the main materials of the hard suit and the space color, draw the manuscript of the renderings and follow up the effects of the renderings;

3. Communicate the scheme with the design director in a timely manner, and maintain good communication with the owner until the scheme is determined;

4. At the beginning of design expansion, draw the manuscript of construction drawing and follow up the quality of construction drawing;

5. Project construction tracking, effectively solve problems in the construction and improve the design.

Requirements:

1. More than 5 years of working experience in scheme design, bachelor's degree or above, majoring in interior design and architecture;

2. Rich experience in designing large-scale decoration projects such as five-star hotels, houses, villas, sales offices, shopping malls, and office buildings;

3. Strong scheme ability, good creativity and spatial thinking, and strong hand-drawing ability;

4. Able to independently complete the overall planning, independent design cases, and the designs are bold and innovative.
