· Production of Authority Submission drawings

· Familiar with Singapore buildability score calculation & marking up within Revit environment

· Assist in the production of other BIM deliverables such as 4D, 5D, 6D.

· Use Company-wide & Project-specific BIM standards for the production of models & drawings.

· Assist to develop the Company-wide & Project-specific templates & object libraries.

· Manage the work as per schedule & ensure timely delivery of good quality models & drawings.

· Assist in BIM coordination by reporting all discrepancies or issues.

· Keep the project BIM documents upto date e.g. - Modeling/ Drafting standards etc

· Perform QA QC on the work before sharing it out for review. Focus on Quality.

· Attend trainings. Continue to learn new methods to improve efficiency & apply in projects

· Work under the supervision of discipline lead and/or BIM/CAD Manager or coordinator and perform work task assigned

· Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management.

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.

· Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 1 years' experience in an engineering or construction company having successfully completed 3D models & extract into 2D drawings for at least 2 projects as per Singapore BCA e-submission guidelines.

• Well versed in BIM Platform such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley OpenBuildings Designer, TEKLA and etc.

· Good time management skills in managing modelling and drafting works

· Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within team environment

· Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Well versed in Singapore BCA e-submission and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, edit and test clear, compelling in-product language to help users and teams meet their goals. This includes product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Meta products and experiences.
• Apply systems thinking to the product, whether it’s defining extensible design system guidance, conducting audits of existing experiences or creating information architecture.
• Use your familiarity with how code works in software. This may involve doing things like reviewing code to ensure the in-product language is as intended, or creating the logic to personalize the experience for a user.
• Give and solicit feedback from your UX design peers in service of building the best products.
• Create or contribute to high-fidelity design mocks using Figma.
• Collaborate daily with peers across disciplines, including engineering, design, research, marketing and data science, to take products from conception to launch.
• Partner with our internationalization team to ensure product experiences are of the highest quality in every language.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and help shape product narratives, along with team direction and strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in UX writing.
• Examples of finished wireframes, or design mocks co-authored using design tools, that have been used to drive decision-making within a team.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas to broad audiences in a compelling way.
• Familiarity with tools for managing and updating content at scale.
• Examples of work in design systems and systems thinking.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects with minimal direction and handling a large degree of ambiguity.

Lighting Design

• Development of lighting solutions for different projects together with lighting consultants, architects and Sales Team
• Create 3D lighting simulation with DIALux EVO
• Light planning with software tools such as AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Setup sample mock-ups for customers to show lighting effects

LD concept or technical training

• Research and prepare power point presentation regarding LD concept or lighting related technical topic
• Comfortable of speaking in front of large crowds

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary education in interior design, architect, electrical engineer or related fields

REQUIREMENTS:

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 3 years working experience as lighting designer, interior designer, architect or electrical design engineer
• Experience with DIALux EVO, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Sketchup
