About This Role

We are looking for a senior designer for our Oracle Compliance Studio to bring analytics design, development and delivery into the TD Technology Solutions team. You will also have the opportunity to provide technical guidance and leadership beyond your immediate project on significant strategic initiatives to modernize the technology and capabilities to align with the portfolio and enterprise technology roadmaps.

The primary responsibility of our team is to design, develop and maintain the technology platform that processes the banks payments through behaviour detection algorithms to detect suspicious and fraudulent activity. Purpose and Scope
The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works
• Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan
• Creation of 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in Revit/AutoCAD as relevant or required
• Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D models
• To develop documentation for submission to Authorities including BIM e-submission
• Archival of 3D models, prepare user handover and related documentation
• Drawing production from 3D models and administer 3D models/drawings distribution to relevant users in compliance with stipulated procedures
• Coordinate and liaise with project/construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical etc..)
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec from any discipline related to consultancy design and construction works.
• Experience in consultancy design and construction works.
• Knowledge and Skilled in using BIM tools for design / construction documentation.
• Able to use BIM tools to perform drawing and design work.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes. Passionate in BIM model creation.

Responsibilities:

• Establish creative directions in conjunction with the marketing team to meet campaign objectives.
• Assist in designing a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, posters, and large format prints.
