Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy in alignment with company objectives.

Working under the supervision of the Product Manager Lead, and collaborating with a team comprising business development and solutions consultants, UX researcher and software engineers, you are responsible for innovating and improving ZilLearn’s UI/UX to make the platform navigation of ZilLearn a frictionless and delightful experience.

On a given work week, you will:

• Drive design problem-solving end-to-end, from identifying user needs, generating concepts to defining and creating a product and crafting how people will interact with it.
• Synthesis business, technology, user and content requirements into design concepts and set direction for the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns and mocks-up.
• Communicate design concepts and design decisions, and explain trade-offs in a compelling way to stakeholders to get buy-in.
• Work closely with lead product manager to shape the product roadmap by sharing human-centred design perspectives.
• Co-conduct research and testing with researchers.
