Responsibilities:

• To collect the requirements, design, develop, configure, test, implement, support and improve ServiceNow ITSM tool.
• Customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and user interfaces based on business requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with implementation and support of ServiceNow modules and as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations with ServiceNow products.
• Preferred with ServiceNow certification, (e.g., Certified Application Developer)
