Candidate is to assist the Manager in maintaining overall system of our central kitchen and plainning of staff roster. He/she is to be familiar with kitchen settings and raw materials handling. Food hygiene certification is a must. Candidate is to train juniors/ new staffs to perform their job duties should they be unfamilar with their job scope. 6 days work week.

Manager (Central Kitchen)

Candidate is to be responsible for overall system of our central kitchen, including cleaniness and food hygiene. Candidate is also expected to plan staff roster and ordering of raw materials and must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment. He/she must be familiar with specifications of raw materials and food production processes. 6 days work week. Food hygiene certification is a must.
