Responsibilities:
Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the
company.
Contacting and qualifying potential customers.
Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on
leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales
activities.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results too.
Be specific as possible, using numbers where possible (e.g. experience managing
teams of 10 or more).
Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales
opportunities.
Report to HOD with weekly, monthly, and quarterly result.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or any related field.
At least 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Good in time management and analytical skills.
Have a good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and
communication may be advantageous.
