Senior Executive, Tenancy & Licence Management

[What you will be working on]

• Manage and process new applications for tenancies/licences for the use of State land and properties

• Consult and liaise with technical agencies (e.g. URA, LTA, NParks, etc) on the issuance and renewal of tenancies/licences

• Liaise with tenants/licensees on all matters relating to their tenancies/licenses

• Conduct site inspections to check on site conditions and monitor for compliance with tenancy/licence conditions

• Resolve enquiries and feedback relating to tenancies/licenses

• Formulate and review policies on tenancy/licence management

• Conduct reviews to streamline processes

[What we are looking for]

• Qualification in any discipline, preferably Real Estate

• Good interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills

• Able to work independently

• Meticulous with strong analytical ability

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
