Singapore’s economy is digitalising, and an effective wireless communications infrastructure is key to support Singapore’s digital economy. As a member of the IMDA Advanced Cybersecurity Division, you will be applying your expertise in Cybersecurity to support various operational and developmental activities, with strong focus on emerging technologies such as 5G and Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Provide cybersecurity technical advice to IMDA programmes/projects, in relation to cybersecurity in areas such as threat vulnerability and risk assessment and ongoing cybersecurity improvements
- Design and deliver Cyber Threat Hunting programmes
- Proactively track cyber threats to keep Threat Hunting capabilities updated especially in emerging areas such as Cloud, 5G, Quantum Computing, etc
- Participate in cyber security exercises
- Perform Threat hunting in coordination with Incident Response and asset owners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in information security
- OSCP certification or equivalent
- Ability to conduct risk assessment, perform technical cybersecurity evaluations
- Application of TTP frameworks, such as MITRE ATT&CK
- Analytical and enjoy challenges
- Good writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas would be an advantage (a) service based architecture security, software defined networking, virtualised communications infrastructure components and enterprise Wi-Fi security technologies and systems (b) Cloud security architecture, services, infrastructure, virtualisation software
