[What the role is]
You will join a multi-disciplinary team and play an important role in shaping modern and secured IT infrastructure such as cloud-based platforms, and data architecture. You will also lead the delivery and operations of big data system project including onboarding of innovative projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML).
[What you will be working on]
You will be able to apply technical/ engineering concepts such as, but not limited to:
1. Data architecture frameworks, data architectures and data management systems;
2. IT service management;
3. Cyber and data security; and/or
4. Agile project delivery frameworks
In addition, you will develop deep capabilities in:
Data system architecting and solutioning;
Cloud-based platform design and solutioning;
Cyber and data security controls, monitoring and management; and/or
Large-scale ICT project planning, procurement and system operations.
[What we are looking for]
Trained in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and Information Systems or equivalent
Experience in the following will be advantageous:
o Flight plan/ data processing, warehousing and management;
o IT project planning and service management;
o System and database administration;
o Government procurement and contract/ vendor management; and/or
o Writing approvals and tender specifications
Able to quickly adapt to changing work environment
Able to work both independently and as an active team member
Good listener and able to articulate and write clearly
Good stakeholder management skills
Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
