Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
- Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng/ Paya Lebar)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD2500 + Bonus
- Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates & interviewing
- Assist in monthly Payroll
- Keep employee records up to date
- Monitor worker training expiry
- Work pass management: application, renewal, cancellation
- Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21, Filling of HR documents
- Receive incoming mail and send outgoing mail
- Ordering office pantry & stationery, Answering Incoming calls, Arranging business travels (flights, hotel etc)
- Processing of invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders to customers
- Prepare project contract (tender documents)
- Prepare shipping documents, Coordinate with freight forwarders for incoming/outgoing shipments, Ensure on-time delivery to customers, prepare commercial invoices for overseas supplier
- Any other HR functions as needed

- Min. of 1 year of working experience in a similar role
- Training will be provided for inexperienced candidates
