Our client is a reputable supply chain solutions provider for the Healthcare sector; and they are seeking a 8-month contract Procurement Admin at IMH:
Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm / Mon-Fri
Job scope:
- Conduct regular price comparison to ensure products are obtained at competitive prices.
- Facilitate procurement process and establish contracts where applicable.
- Obtain 3 quotations from the suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers and other institutions on matters relating to the supplies of products, inclusive of price and product discrepancies, urgent delivery, need for loan/trial.
- Release Purchase Requisition using SAP
- Perform administrative duties
Requirement:
• Candidate must be able to commit 1 year contract
• Able to start work immediately or with 1-2 weeks of notice
• Diploma and above
• Min. 2 years of procurement experience
• SAP experience
• Possibility to be converted to perm role based on performances & attributes
