Singapore Site Lead

The Singapore Site Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the comprehensive management of facility and property services for our esteemed clients across various sites within the portfolio. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial management, and efficient vendor coordination while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.


Major Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Cultivate a high-performing account team through effective coaching and regular performance evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and retain top talent, fostering a culture aligned with the organization's values and goals.

Client/Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for FM and engineering operations, maintaining a strong relationship with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate vetting of reports before submission.
  • Oversee the adherence to contractual obligations, delivering exceptional service and surpassing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster strong relationships with key client representatives, suppliers, and team members.

Financial Management:

  • Collaborate with the client to develop and maintain property budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and timely payment tracking.
  • Monitor and manage financial information for reporting and expense monitoring purposes.

Contract and Vendor Management:

  • Uphold compliance with client contracts, developing specific processes where necessary.
  • Oversee the achievement of KPIs and service levels as per the contract.
  • Manage the entire vendor procurement process, including contract negotiation and documentation.
  • Ensure the Contract Management Database is continuously updated.

Facilities/Workplace Management:

  • Collaborate with the client to devise a strategic business plan for service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date Standard and Emergency Operating Procedures and Inventory records.
  • Ensure a 5-STAR level of hospitality services, including reception, catering, and in-house event management.
  • Oversee the facilities helpdesk response and repair and maintenance works.

Critical Environment Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date Standard and Emergency Operating Procedures and Inventory and Asset records for critical environments.
  • Ensure the timeliness of change management notices and address after-hours escalations as required.

Candidate Specification:

Ideal Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, and/or Property Management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality and/or Facilities Management/Engineering would be advantageous.
  • Experience in managing P&L.
