Sales & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, developing marketing strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales & Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive factors.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients or customers.
  4. Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, to increase brand awareness and product/service demand.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  6. Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
  7. Utilize digital marketing techniques, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to expand the reach and impact of marketing efforts.
  8. Attend industry-specific sales meetings, conferences, and events to network, gain market insights, and stay informed about industry developments.
  9. Prepare, analyze, and report on sales data to track progress and identify trends, making data-driven decisions.
  10. Collaborate with various teams, including product development, advertising, and customer support, to ensure a unified marketing and sales approach.
  11. Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve products/services and enhance the customer experience.
  12. Manage budgets for marketing and sales activities to ensure cost-effective strategies.
  13. Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their selling techniques and product knowledge.
  14. Set and track performance metrics and sales goals for yourself and the sales team.
  15. Explore opportunities for market expansion and growth in new customer segments.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  4. Customer-centric approach and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Additional Information:

  • This position may require occasional travel.
  • Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
