We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, developing marketing strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales & Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive factors.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients or customers.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, to increase brand awareness and product/service demand.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
- Utilize digital marketing techniques, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to expand the reach and impact of marketing efforts.
- Attend industry-specific sales meetings, conferences, and events to network, gain market insights, and stay informed about industry developments.
- Prepare, analyze, and report on sales data to track progress and identify trends, making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams, including product development, advertising, and customer support, to ensure a unified marketing and sales approach.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve products/services and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage budgets for marketing and sales activities to ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Set and track performance metrics and sales goals for yourself and the sales team.

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
