Responsibilities:
· Responsible for engaging with business and technology for analysis, planning, requirements
· gathering by working with internal and external customers.
· Review and validate deliverables from development team and quality assurance resources
· against requirements and provide feedback
· Work closely with business and stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements

· Develop and document clear and detailed process maps, business requirements and workflows
· Managing multiple projects/enhancements and day-to-day business operational activities
Assist to drive platform performances according to the target key business KPIs and help to identify opportunity areas
Skills/Requirement:
· Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business or equivalent profession
· At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst on large and complex projects
· Team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Strong business/stakeholders engagement skills
· Proven ability to develop high quality business requirements documentations
· High level of competence with MS Office
· Passionate self-starter with a curious mind and unflinching tenacity
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and process skills
· Experience in managing and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
· Good understanding of user experience design, general web & mobile application functions, usability testing for mobile and internet websites.
· Worked with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
· Working experience in a financial services industry and/or operating under strict regulatory constraints is an advantage.
· Problem solver with ability to see things in multiple angles, constantly challenge the norm and constantly looking for better solutions to problems.
· Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence to constantly push the boundaries
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
