Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works (commercial, retail and hospitality).
- Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
- Attend regular site meetings and inspections with suppliers and contractor.
- Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule.
- Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
- Work closely with operation team, clients and contractors on timely project handover.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate/ Diploma in any of the following: Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, M&E, Building Construction or
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in site management of interior fit-out works.
- Good experience in project management and scheduling.
- Ability to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods.
- Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
- Basic knowledge in M&E works or AutoCad will be advantageous.
