- Process and post invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Update and maintain financial records and databases
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial information and provide recommendations
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
