Job Description
This role utilises its risk management and resilience expertise to partner and protect JP’s businesses in its transformation, safeguards stakeholders (Board, Management) interests and aligns practices to ISO 31000:2018.
The Job
- Lead in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme by facilitating quarterly enterprise risks and department operational risks review, state of their mitigations ad risk monitoring and indentification of emerging risks.
- Lead in Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme through collaboration with operational units to build organisation resilience through review of the Emergency Response Plans (ERPs), Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCPs).
- Lead in facilitation of call-tre, table-top and live exercises for crisis scenarios to test and validate the readiness of the ERPs, CMP and BCPs.
- Lead in annual review of JP's ERM and BCM frameworks, policies and maturity benchmarking against industry standards,
- Secretariat to quarterly Risk Management Meetings
- Lead in Preparation of half-yearly update of corporate risks include key risk indicator (KRI) results to the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and the Board.
- Driving risk awareness by leading and facilitating risk identification, assessment and mitigations amongst all stakeholders to ensure risk identified-mitigated decision making across organisations.
- Embedding risk culture throughout the organisation by developing toolkits, templates, data analytics and reporting framework alongside stakeholders from a Governance and risk oversight perspective.
The Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Financial / Engineering.
- Professional certification in Risk Management, Business Continuity Management or similiar certification.
- At least 12 years of working experience with minimum 6 years direct experience in ERM and BCM who is familiar and well versed with risk management methodology, tools and techniques (e.g. latest ISO 31000, COSO framework) is essential.
- At least 6 years of experience in emergency preparedness or organisational resilience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to ask leading questions and challenge the rationale.
- Collaborative mind with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
