Key Responsibilities
· Financial Analyst
· SME in contract lifecycle management workflow and systems, including risk and governance processes (e.g. RFx, CMP, ORR) within the dept
Requirements:
· Tertiary education, with at least 2 years’ experience on project financial reporting
· Preferably with some working experience on procurement-related / contractual matters in a technology setting
· Preferably possesses subject matter knowledge on RFx processes, including contract initiations and reviews (knowledge on common contractual clauses and terminologies) to ensure,
· Any risk is mitigated and/or managed in timely fashion,
· Contract Owner is not disadvantaged by any of the clauses
· Internal/external regulatory and governance processes are complied with
· Highly organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with a good aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills, and comfortable working with sensitive data
· Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment
· Must be firm and be able to communicate with senior managers on concerns or raise issues in an appropriate manner
· Excellent in MS Excel and familiar with Office 365 applications
· Experience in using Coupa or any procurement system would be advantageous
· Familiarity with project financials advantageous
