Our client is a global leader in life science products such as mass spectrometry capillary electrophoresis instruments, front-end HPLC MS products.
Currently they are sourcing Assistant Project Buyer to supporting the administrative and expediting aspect for projects.
Duration : 6 months
Working Hour : Monday - Friday Office Hour
Working Location : Marsiling Ind Estate Road
Responsibilities:
- Support the RFQ activities.
- Process R&D purchase requisitions.
- Material expeditor for R&D orders,
- Work with finance and logistic team to resolve invoice and receipt discrepancies.
- Work closely with FA team on FA request.
- Involve in material transfer to manufacturing.
- Maintain material accuracy for project materials.
- Support in sending engineering design packages to suppliers.
- Any other Adhoc task assigned.
Core skills and experience required:
- Knowledge of Oracle purchasing function.
- Very organized and able to independently pursue concurrent resolution of multiple issues.
- strong skills in conflict resolution, problem solving/decision making, influencing, managing, and meeting deadlines.
- Working experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office Excel (pivots, vlookups), MSwords.
Education Required
- Post-secondary education in a related field (engineering or business).
- Graduate or actively enrolled in an accredited supply chain management program.
