- Spa Manager must be equipped and proven with past full time hands-on work experience as both a spa therapist and front desk reception to train and manage the team.
- Must possess full spectrum of work experience as a spa front desk and as a spa therapist and to commence work immediately without training to plan and execute the daily operations of the spa
- Proven record of achieving sales target as a spa therapist and ideally been the top sales of the branch
- Educational qualification is not critical and must be conversant in English and other languages
- Relevant certificate as a spa therapist with ready hands-on experience to train new therapists on the massage techniques
- Able to work on weekdays and all weekends (both Sat & Sun), from 1.30pm to 10.30pm and occasionally night shift from 7.00pm to 4.00am, including 1 hour break
- Perform supervision to ensure that all services offered at the Spa are carried out with utmost professionalism, effectiveness and courtesy.
- Manage daily operations of the spa and meeting overall sales target
- Train, evaluate and motivate staff to meet sales target and provide excellent customer service
- Plan and provide monthly job rooster for the therapists and front desk receptions
- Able to have strong human resource network to identify, conduct interviews and recruit front desk receptions and therapists
- Assist the Director to setup new branches
- Spearhead Spa marketing strategies and executions
- Possess digital marketing skills including strong social media applications
