TSH and its subsidiaries and associated company (together, the” Sloshed Group”) is in the business of (i) operating a multi-concept chain of pubs and bars, and (ii) the import and distribution of spirits, wines and liquors. Sloshed Group currently operates several outlets covering five concepts. Quaich Bar (2 outlets) and Signature Reserve with whisky as the main theme, and The Other Room which is a cocktail bar.
In 2019, Whisky Journey was initially planned to be Singapore’s largest Whisky Exhibition ever taken place. However, given the development of Covid-19, Whisky Journey started Singapore’s first island-wide bar and restaurant whisky trail that spanned across 10 days in 2020 to 2022. After witnessing the success we had in the past 3 years, Whisky Journey 2023 is going to be bigger and even better this year!
In 2023, Whisky Journey is ready to welcome you at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre. This year, Whisky Journey is going back to convention-exhibition style. Be amazed by the experiences that our exhibitors are ready to showcase. The show will feature over 20 exhibitors, with over 100 different whiskies/expressions available to discover, explore and try. There will be free drams at selected participating brands as well as access to many different varieties of whisky at a very special price. There will also be the chance to buy whiskies at below retail price, and access to Whisky Journey exclusive bottlings. At Whisky Journey, we want to entertain, educate, and offer a warm welcome to anyone seeking a unique whisky experience.
Job Details:
Event crew required for WHISKY JOURNEY EVENT
Date: 01 Dec 2023 and 2 Dec 2023 (Friday and Saturday)
Time: 10am to 10pm (1 hour lunch break and 1 hour dinner break)
Location: Marina Bay Sands
Pay: $14/hour (Salary will be paid immediately on 2 Dec after work).
Training will be provided on separate day before 1 December by our internal team and training is paid.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Ensure the booth is manned at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to customer's queries.
Event Operations:
- Assist with events set-up.
- Assist in simple logistic task.
- Assist in maintaining booth's cleanliness and tidiness.
- Assist with any ad hoc matters as requested by event IC.
Job Requirement:
- Only Singaporeans and PR.
- Must be of Legal age to handle alcohol.
- No Experience are welcome to apply.
