Requirements:

- Minimum education qualification of a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction-related discipline
- Preferably 3 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Meticulous and able to multi-task, even under pressure
- Good communication, negotiation skills, and good written English.
