Admin Coordinator

G M C Marble Specialist Pte. Ltd.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
  • Maintain employees personal files with updated records & documents.
  • Handle monthly foreign worker related duties such as apply, renewal, cancel of WP / other passes, levy waiver and course renewals of employees.
  • Payroll Administration
  • Prepare quotations for customers and follow-up with customers.
  • Prepare invoices
  • On-boarding & Off-boarding administrative support works.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, price and delivery timelines;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Manager

Requirements :

  • Familiar with MOM work pass application and understanding of foreign workers.
  • Work pass admin, or HR experience in Construction industry in Singapore
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to multi task and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Excel
  • Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
