- Position Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer (In-house)
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the hardware and software components of the company’s IT network to enable server uptime of 95% and above
- Support the IT infrastructure with a focus on the Data Centre environment, telecommunication and data communication links, network routing and switching, firewall and security, SAN storage, server virtualization and OS maintenance, database management, end-point protections
- Maintain IT Operations & system/network appliance, IT Administration & Resource Planning
- Business Recovery, Security Risk & Operational Risk, Project Management, Documentation & Work Procedure Manual

- Min. Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Min 3 years of working experience in an IT operation environment
- Technical knowledge – Network switches, servers, PCs, printers, and other equipment all fall under the IT infrastructure engineer’s purview
- Have the knowledge to manage VLANs on wired/wireless networks
- Have knowledge of supporting M365 services, Azure AD and PowerApps
