The Role:

You are responsible for maintaining and nurturing long-term customer relationships within the private sector to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth. The successful candidate needs to be adept at uncovering customer needs, solution development and management, building rapport and communicating effectively, creating opportunities to enable our local SMEs to digitalize HR functions, resulting in transformational customer outcomes.


About The Role:

  • Accountable for the sales of products & services, strong commitment in achieving monthly sales target with the team.
  • Work towards monthly targets in line with team goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with new and existing partners and channels
  • Plan and executive Partner strategies to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets
  • Initiate and drive the development of new partners
  • Perform product demonstration/presentation
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable ideas
  • Lead a team of enthusiastic partnership executives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, preferably in the HR or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of HRMS solutions and the HR industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret data.
  • Proven experience in leading a team
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
