Location: Ghim Moh
Duration: 6 months, subject to extension
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
Duties and Responsibilities
- Campaigns - Work with internal and external partners to implement engagement campaigns and support engagement sessions.
- Administration - Maintaining and updating of records, databases, social media calendars, etc.
- Meetings - Scheduling meetings, proposing agenda, and preparing notes of meetings.
- Design collaterals - Design social media posts, EDMs, brochures, publications and branding of physical premise.
- Social media - Plan, draft and publish social media posts.
- Vendor Engagement - Engage creative vendors and social media vendors and conduct periodic follow up.
- Research - Conduct simple survey or desktop research.
What we are looking for:
- Singaporean(s) only.
- Degree /Diploma in Marketing, Events/Project Management, or similar experience
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office applications.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
