Responsibilities
• Develop Customer360 data products in collaboration with Data Consumer, Group IT and Data Engineers, including
o Profiling and analyzing data sources,
o Designing, planning and communicating the road map of data products,
o Developing, testing and rolling out the data product
• Manage Customer360 data products after go-live by:
o Defining data quality mechanism to monitor data quality and usability,
o Managing, prioritize and implement the change request,
o Supporting the development of analytical data consumption.
• Collaborate with Group Data and Group IT for exchanging updates in data management strategy and data management technology.
• Ensure all data and analytical project undertaking comply with both internal and external policies, guidelines and regulations
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Skills/Requirement
• BS in Computing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science or equivalent disciplines that focuses on extensive use of data for analysis
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in data management or data analytics domain, with a minimum 3 years in designing and developing enterprise-level data models and big data ETL
• 2+ years PM + BA experience with strong analytical, change management and stakeholders management skills
• Extensive experience on data warehouse design such as Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault as well as Database Normalization & De-normalization.
• High proficiency in performing data analytics with tools such as SQL, Python, or SAS.
