Responsibilities
- Liaise and transport goods to outlets to ensure the business is run smoothly and products are received in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accurate picking and preparation of stocks for dispatch to retail outlets based on the requisition form
- Drive a semi-auto van to complete weekly deliveries to 8 retail outlets and ensure all assigned deliveries are fulfilled within operational hours
- Ensure products are protected from damage during delivery
- Deliver, pick up, and perform assigned deliveries as directed by the Management of the company
- Stocktake warehouse items
- Handle the movement of stocks and receive all incoming shipments
- Ensure proper handling, storage, packaging, and maintenance of the products
- Maintain an organised and clean warehouse/office space
- Notify the Management of low stocks and report any damaged or missing inventory to the Management
- Keep track of stocks taken out from the warehouse and ensure some loaned items are returned to the warehouse
- Assist in all other Ad-hoc operational and logistics duties where required
Requirements
- Must be physically fit to carry a min of 10kg
- Handy skills for basic repairing of lighting and furniture will be a bonus
- Must possess a valid class 3 driving license
