Responsibilities include:
Endpoint Security Administration, covering Virus Scan, Intrusion Prevention, Threat Detection, and Active Response. You'll manage the Anti-Virus system, advance threat protection modules, and serve as the primary contact for global endpoint protection, handling support tickets and virus/malware infection incidents. Your role extends to monthly infection reporting, analyzing reports, and planning corrective actions. You'll also be involved in evaluating new endpoint security products and coordinating their global rollout. You should have over five years of IT experience, including three years in Endpoint Protection Services. Expertise in McAfee EPO and ENS, server monitoring, network protocols, and hands-on server administration is crucial.
A Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, IT infrastructure knowledge, and proficiency in virtual team collaboration are expected. Skills in PowerShell, SQL, ITIL, planning, and escalations are desired. If you meet these criteria, please apply for this vital role.
