Responsibilities:
Business Performance and Management
- To evaluate and identify customers' needs and provide solutions/options in the area of digital sales journey.
- Analyze Mass customer base and identify cross-sell opportunity, follow by curating sales campaigns that will aid in the cross-sell effort.
- Engagement of existing customer base through digital campaigns that will lead to increased Clicks app usage and traffic flow to corporate site.
- Management and organization of campaigns/webinars.
- Tracking and analysis of campaigns/seminar which includes ROI, success factor and documentation.
- Liaison for cross border initiatives (mainly SGMY), includes management and organization.
- Market research and analysis on current customer trends, digital trends which will be referenced for future campaigns.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy in campaigns’ execution.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards and procedures of the Bank.
- Ensure proper screening of vendors that will be utilized for external events.

- Degree or Diploma, from a local institution
