- Position Title: Maintenance Technician / Service Technician
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.45 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day maintenance services of facility equipment in the manufacturing plant and buildings.
- Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with safe practices as defined in the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
- Plan and carry out maintenance and preventive maintenance activities to ensure machinery and equipment are in good working condition.
- Work with maintenance operators to ensure that the routine maintenance and urgent repair works are in accordance with practice while adhering to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Developed strategies or cost-saving measures.
- Responsible for all maintenance job scope.
- Attend to non-schedule or emergency repairs of production equipment, monitoring and handling supplies inventory and purchase.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for installation, servicing and repair work.
- Identify any safety issues (Risk assessment) to the Superior and Safety Officer.
- Responsible for administrative duties such as handling paperwork related to the repair and servicing, updating floor plan and spare parts and tools inventory, and upkeep of maintenance documentation in compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Certification.
- Ensure that the team of maintenance operators is properly trained and has clear direction.
- Oversee production machinery, factory facilities, and building maintenance schedule and performance
- Promote teamwork, cooperation and positive work attitude within the Maintenance Team.
- Perform any task assigned by the management from time to time.

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a Maintenance role or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
