Summary:
We are hiring for an experienced and motivated technologist who possess broad technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to join Combuilder on our journey as a key technology partner to the Singapore Government and enterprise customers to drive digital transformation across various Critical Information Infrastructure (CII).
Working closely with the business development team, you shall act as a strategic advisor and advocate for our customers for all the best practices for digitalisation, adoption of automation, and the use of analytics to drive business and/or operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Lead and Sales Team to engage potential customers in presales and discussions/meetings to understand their current challenges and technology architecture, solicit next level needs, and to proactively propose ideas and solutions that would allow the customer to achieve their intended goals.
- Engage the technical team of our customers in in-depth discussions around their existing systems architectures to ensure that proposed solutions would be successful in implementation.
- Craft detailed technical solution proposals and POC for digitalisation projects.
- Act as a bridge for liaisons between customers and our technical delivery teams for successful project implementations.
- Influence and inform customers of the organization's value proposition as a digitalisation partner.
- Assist to shape the technology roadmap and IT vendor/partner programs in line with the strategic direction of the business unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- 7+ years in software and enterprise IT Infrastructure systems design and implementation.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture (on-premise & cloud), database architecture, networking and IT security.
- 3+ years of experience in technology / software sales or pre-sales consulting. Experience in a customer-facing, sales aligned role, presenting to small and large audiences
- Experience in IT Infra project delivery and project management preferred
- Familiarity with common enterprise services, products and frameworks, including those used by local government agencies and statutory boards is preferred.
- Experience delivering digital transformation projects is advantageous.
- Experience with low-code and work flow automation platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS), GCC, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant with prior security clearance is advantageous.
