RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To design and prepare and maintain various architectural documents
- To review construction and renovation plans and develop 3D models.
- To work closely with structural engineers, project manager and general contractors.
REQUIREMENTS:
-3D Modelling Google Sketch Up,3DsMax,Revit
-Drafting Skill Autocad
-Selection and Specification of products ,including finishes,appliances
and fixtures for interior projects.
-Create, renderings and graphic designs for client proposals
and presentations.
-Interface with clients to establish strong relationships and
team communication.
