Job Description
- Control and track inventory of merchandise across different outlets, including the conduct of regular stock checks
- Handle back-end operations of retail outlets and online sales platforms
- Plan and coordinate the set up and manning of sales booth at roadshows and events
- Provide sales and customer service, including the handling of service issues or customer feedback
- Liaise with customers to process bulk orders / corporate sales orders
- Undertake the relevant administrative tasks to fulfil documentation and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Able to commit for at least 3 months of internship programme
- 5 days work week (9 am to 6pm)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
- Hands-on with action-oriented working style, and a team player
- Qualification: Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma are welcome!
