Job Description:
· Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
· Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
· Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works.
· Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
· Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
· Liaise and hold meetings with clients and M&E consultants on technical resolution and inspection.
· Project planning, site investigation, preliminary design and cost estimation on mechanical and electrical works.
· Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
· Responsible for general on-site technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
· Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the building construction for this position.
· Familiar with construction site activities.
