Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build rapport with existing clients (not limited to walk-in customers) to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sale opportunities
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and able to conduct presentations to interior designers, architects and end users.
- Achieve sales targets by assessing current client needs; following a defined selling process with potential purchasers.
- Reach out to potential clients on a cyclical basis to promote our latest collections and services
- Coordination and supervision works, communicate with other departments cordially to ensure standards and service levels are met
- Perform market research, regular competitor monitoring and create brand awareness in industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a related industry
- Candidates with minimum 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in building and construction – building/furnishing products
- Experience in stones, laminates, tiles, or other flooring industry is added advantage
- Experience in specifying building materials and sell in skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and thirst for success
- Possess own transport, class 3 driving licence is a must.
