Job Highlights
- Basic Salary : Up to $4500
- Working Days/Hours : Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm) and Saturdays (9am to 1pm)
- Location : Senoko (Transports provided from various MRTs)
Responsibilities:
- Works closely and supports Sales Managers to manage Customers effectively.
- Able to analyze, evaluate, review and check tender documents and requirements before submission.
- Prepares Quotations, Estimations, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Material Takeoff (MTO), Cost Planning, Tender Documents, Submission, etc.
- Liaises with Customers / Consultants / Contractors to coordinate and negotiate with the Suppliers / Vendors / Subcontractors, and provide technical assistance.
- Monitors and follows-up closely on statuses of project tenders, quotations and proposals.
- Maintains excellent business relationship with Customers and all stake holders.
- All other sales related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent. Entry-level are welcomed to apply.
- Familiar with ACMV / HVAC System; especially BMS, with good knowledge in specifications, drawings and requirements.
- Knowledge in local construction projects is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
