Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Semiconductor industry. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to assist their Project team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East – easily accessible.
This Senior Project Manager would be responsible for :
- Successfully close projects in full compliance with the contract, obtaining client sign-offs, resolving punch lists, and archiving project documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between main contractors, subcontractors, labor supervisors, and foremen to coordinate schedules and achieve project milestones.
- Oversee project cash flow and provide regular updates on projections.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasts of project financial data to keep management informed about the project's current status.
- Implement the corporate safety program and conduct weekly safety inspections on the project.
- Implement a quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program.
Requirements
- Minimum degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of project management experience in relevant industru
