ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
With the above background, this project will include the following deliverables:
- Conduct literature review on existing Machine Learning (ML) techniques used to analyze kinematics data of knee joints.
- Design AI / ML algorithms to identify key biomarkers for diagnosis and rehabilitation tracking of ACL patients.
- Develop AI / ML solution pipelines, including data processing, model training, model optimization, and managing technical integrations.
- Build and maintain production ML infrastructure to be resilient, secure, and high performance.
- Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
- Ensure the technical documentation for regulatory compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming, especially Python.
- Understanding and knowledge of Computer Vision concepts and techniques. Experience working with biomedical imaging such as ultrasound is a plus.
- Understanding and knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning / Deep Learning software packages and frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn.
- Proven track record and experience designing, developing, and deploying novel ML / DL models and algorithms.
- Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills in English.
