Job Scope & Responsibilities :
- Securing sales of security products and system to achieve desired sales targets.
- Review and analyse market information and development in the electronic security and systems integration sector.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to support market growth.
- Hunting for clients requiring new and upgrading of electronic security systems.
- Provide market and competition update and report key competitive activities and customer behaviour.
- Find and develop qualified leads and convert them through the sales process into prospects.
- Identify and build potential key customers in line with the company business strategy and goals.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
- Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with architects, developers, consultants, contractors.
- Submit weekly sales and progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Strong customer focus, team player, independent and result-orientated.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- Possess a valid class 3 Singapore license, preferably with own car.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in product and system sales in electronics security.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including creation of detailed customized proposals and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good telemarketing skills and ability to foster relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Professionalism in quality of works and appearance.
- Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
- Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work in cross functional teams.
