Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively balance the needs of the company (understand the business and what drives success at the organisation) with the needs of the employees and create a win-win situation.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection techniques for new staff (including applications of work passes, dependant’s passes or other staff licenses) to ensure we are working within regulatory frameworks while also hiring the best possible talent in the market.
- Prepare and maintain all documentation related to employment, including those associated with hiring, termination, transfers, and promotions.
- Develop and Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual appraisal and 360° evaluations)
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development plans for all employees
- Discuss and address employee relations issues or any other concerns or grievances
- Manage compensation and benefits packages and referral bonus programs
- Design and maintain human resources policies, procedures, standards, and regulations in alignment with the Singaporean labour laws
- Responsible for weekly team meetings and organise annual team bonding events
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and promote a positive, productive and cooperative working environment
- Work closely with the management to strategically plan HR initiatives
- Maintain data integrity of all employment related information

Salary:
- Up to $4,000 (depends on qualification & experience)
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience (3-5 years) as an HR Eecutive or similar role
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (or a relevant field of study)
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills
- Energetic with a can-do attitude
- Adaptable, and wIlling to work in a fast paced global environment
- Good knowledge of Singapore labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, and benefits).
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
- IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
