Ensure proper Documentatuion for all shipment
· Ensuring accurate and filing/EDOC of Import / Export Permit
· Build relationship with shiiping Line , airlines and -master co-loaders and GSAs.
· Work with team to monitor, update & Co-ordinate with clients on shipment status & pre-alert
· Liaise between internal offices, agents & clients to arrange & follow-up orders
· Ensuring smooth shipments handling and client’s service requirements are met.
· Ensure prompt and accurate billing to customers
· Ensure proper month end cost/billing closely working closely with Finance Team.
· Provide in-house sales support for all ad-hoc clients
· Prepare Quotations
· Report to Manager, Senior Management.
