NAEUM Group operates the 1 MICHELIN-starred NAEUM Restaurant at Telok Ayer Street serving contemporary Seoul cuisine (www.naeum.sg) .
We are opening a new concept in March 2024 and looking for pre-open team members to join our family.
Currently hiring Restaurant Assistant Manager to partner with us in this new & exciting journey!
Requirements:
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English. Experience in preparing reports & communicating professionally in the hospitality sector. Knowledge of Korean a bonus.
- Strong potential for leadership role with proven organizational & service recovery skills. Prior experience of managing a team is not required but will be helpful.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) familiarity a must
- Experience in handling restaurant inventories, stock-take
- previous Assistant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor role in a reputable hotel or casual fine-dining establishments, at least 1 year
- At least 3 years of total Front of House experience in F&B
- Wine knowledge a plus, WSET 2 or higher
