- Position Title: Audit Manager / Senior Manager (Offshoring)
- Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (8:45 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and finalization, taking full accountability for the engagement's success. Monitor the engagement process against budget and timeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their business and key risks, and analyzing the impact of changing business environments.
- Provide key technical expertise to ensure the quality of audit work aligns with professional standards and requirements.
- Conduct assurance engagements in compliance with professional standards, obtaining evidence to corroborate information and proposing resolutions to significant accounting and auditing issues.
- Harness technology to gather and analyze data, staying up to date with technological advancements in auditing.
- Facilitate effective communication within cross-functional and culturally diverse teams, ensuring collaboration and shared knowledge.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them achieve technical competency and efficient performance. Act in accordance with professional standards when providing assurance services.

- Degree in Accountancy, preferably with a recognised professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably from an international accounting firm.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively and efficiently across all levels.
- Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, audit standards and accounting principles.
