CS Control Pte Ltd is hiring for a position of Mechanical Engineer.
The scope of job includes:
1. Diploma or equivalent relating to mechanical or electrical engineering or related technical disciplines. Minimum 5 years experience with Building Management/Building Automation System required.
2. Knowledge of BMS SCADA/Niagara Software, AutoCAD, creating HMI, Graphic generation and DDC controller programming.
3. Knowledge of digital fundamentals, control logic and site or equipment troubleshooting.
4. Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, fire and life safety, security and access controls with advanced energy management products and services will be advantageous.
5. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/management.
6. Working hours: 9am to 6pm (or in accordance to worksite hours) 5.5 days/week.
7. Upon agreement, selected candidates will have to sign a 2-year contract with CS Control Pte Ltd.
8. For foreigners, S-Pass will be applied for the duration of the contract.
