Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries via email.
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
- Process all orders within the expected timeline.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, such as checking visuals and floor plans, and preparing installation reports.
- Coordinate smooth workflow of orders and arrange logistics as needed.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties and assignments from the Sales Team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "N" / "O" Levels or equivalent educational qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of preferred administrative or operational experience.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Professional and effective communication skills with both internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
