Location : Upper Jurong Road
Job Description
· Prepare facility administration documentation and related maintenance schedule
· Perform annual and scheduled facility and equipment stock-taking
· Coordinate management of training resources and amenities
· Handle training nomination and relevant training administration enquiries from internal and external
stakeholders.
· Prepare yearly forecast and schedules for courses in consultation with the client.
· Maintain an overview of the agreed workplan, monitor and update promptly to reflect changes.
· Perform a secretariat role for the leadership team. Organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all
necessary pre-meeting requirements are met.
· Prepare presentation materials, document project minutes, organise and e-file appropriate documents as
required.
· Participate in operational meetings to ensure milestones are met and planning principles are followed through.
· Produce high quality reports capturing the key points from leadership teams and various workshops.
· Support in other ad-hoc administrative/operational matters.
Job Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
· Able to transcribe or write minutes.
· Possess good organisational, communication & interpersonal skills.
· Efficient and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
· Meticulous and conscientious.
· Admin experience would be beneficial.
